Wanted on Warrants-Justin McKAY Arrested – Regina Police Service

An adult male who was the subject of a Saskatchewan-wide warrant has been arrested. Justin Ray Allan McKAY, 36, of Broadview, SK, was arrested without incident on Friday, March 18, 2022.

Deanna Marilyn McKAY, 28, of Regina, is still wanted on a Saskatchewan-wide warrant for kidnapping, forcible confinement, armed robbery and aggravated assault. Deanna Marilyn McKAY is described as female, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds, of medium build, with long straight brown hair and brown eyes. Among Deanna McKAY’s tattoos are a crying face/blood (on the right hand), a clown face (on the left hand) and letters on the upper chest (see photo).

The incident in which they are accused occurred in the early morning hours of March 5, 2022. A 35-year-old woman contacted police to report that she and another woman (28) had been kidnapped, held against their will, assaulted and robbed. Police located the two victims, who had sustained injuries consistent with a physical assault.

Deanna Marilyn McKAY, 28, of Regina is charged with the following:

  • 2 charges of kidnapping, article 279(1)(a) CC;
  • 2 counts of forcible confinement, section 279(2);
  • aggravated assault, article 268(1) CC; and
  • Two charges of armed robbery, section 344(1)(a) CC.
